Fairway to Heaven - Terms and Conditions

The following terminology applies:  “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting our terms and conditions. "Fairway to Heaven", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to Fairway to Heaven golf programmes.

Privacy Statement & Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintain strict non-disclosure policy to any and all external bodies. We will not share your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Fairway to Heaven will only be in connection with our programmes.

Payment
Payments are made through PayPal, which accepts all major Credit Cards. If you have a personal PayPal account you may also use it to make your payments.

Deposits
To confirm your place on a programme, we require a £500 deposit, 50% (£250) of which is non-refundable. Payment in full is due sixty days prior to the start date of the programme.

Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the initial booking a full refund will be made. After that 50% of the deposit will become non-refundable.

In the case of cancellations made within sixty days of the start of a programme, all payments made up to the time of cancellation are deemed to be non-refundable. At our discretion, we will offer refunds if we are able to fill your place on the programme. Refunds are subject to a 5% transaction and handling fee.

Any non-refundable deposit or payment may be applied to a future Fairway to Heaven programme offered in the calendar year following the programme initially booked.

General
The laws of Scotland govern these terms and conditions.

Notification of Changes
Fairway to Heaven reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between you and us. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding and acceptance, of them. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.

We don’t really like having to have terms and conditions and use all this type of language but we’re told we need to! Thank you for your patience.
